clearly the dude is disturbed, the pepper spray and his previous history clearly shows that. but if you have an aggressive dog that you can't shoot with a gun and you can't approach without being attacked, i don't have a problem killing it with a bow/arrow. if it's humane enough for a deer it's sure as shite humane enough for a dog that attacked both you and your young son.
