Just got her rolling with 3 racks of baby backs. More pics to follow as the day goes on

I get the smoker rolling for a good hour or so to establish a constant 250, put that bitch in and wait. my wife dressed it. The bottom side is about 4 cups of brow sugar.

Homemade BBQ sauce. Been marinating since Wednesday.
