My Advocare Review

I attempted Advocare twice, once I was given a free 12 day supply but a poster on here and the second time I bought the full 30 day supply via a friend.
Both times trying it I did not notice a chance in weight. The first time during the 12 day challenge I was participating in the 100 mile March so while I was doing that I was running 5 miles a day or 25 miles a week.
So I decided to give it another chance without all the running. A lot of what Advocare advertises is stuff that either I already do or take. I have my own protein for meal replacements, I have my own Omega 3, and other supplements. When I ask and Advocare seller the difference the response is typically, "I've never had anyone lose less that X amount of pounds on this product."
The main thing like any program is the diet and with Advocare they have a diet program as well. You are drinking protein meal replacement shakes, taking appetite suppressant supplements, and drinking fiber to clean your colon.
Truthfully and honestly, I found Advocare a waste of 100 bucks because of the fact I was doing a lot of the things already. You can get cheaper alternatives that work equally as well and with Advocare like any program it is all about the diet and moving/exercising more than you currently do.

what 12 day and 30 day challenge are you speaking of?
the only challenge is a 24 day challenge which is a 10 day cleanse phase and a 14 day mns pill phase
i do do advocare, and it has allowed me financial freedom, with an extra income of around 2500 give or take besides my full time job.
i will be the first one to tell you that it does not work for every one. i lost 23 pounds and 12 inches in total while on the 24 day challenge, the next one i did i only lost 13.
it is not a miracle weight loss program but it is healthy.
not for everyone so i do appreciate the review. i like hearing good with the bad.
how was your diet during the second one

Eh my bad, first guy only gave me 12 days worth of stuff for free (I didn't complain it was free) and I bought the 24 day stuff
quote:My diet during week is 2000-2200 calories a day, 3 times weight lifting and 2 days HIIT and I drink on Friday night/Saturday with usually a bad eating day on Saturday due to drinking

What supplements would you recommend instead of advocare? I always figured there stuff was simply stuff you could get at gnc just never checked to see what it was

They have a pro biotic, fiber drink, omega 3 (fish oil), I'd have to grab my sheet to see what else

TL/dr
Assuming Male Impotence:
We don't want to hear.
Good luck on your limp biscuit.

I don't mind their products but like the OP stated, there are similar products out there for cheaper.

OP, did the annoying advocare posts on social media get to you?

I'd like to find an alternative to their meal replacement shakes. I drink them for breakfast.

Ideal shape has best reviews for meal replacement. Followed by Shakeology

Love when people take a product & follow a strict low cal, low carb diet and then say "man that product works. I lost XXlbs!" Lol
