Looking for internet/cable with a sports package and 3 high def/DVR boxes. I was a Uverse customer while in BR, but it's not avail where I'm moving. TIA.

When I moved out to P-ville from BR I kept Cox but have switched to Eatel since and I have had no issues with them. They are much easier to get in touch with and I haven't had any connection issues. Also gave me a sweet deal to switch, you may wanna ask if they have any new customer specials.

I have Directv for television and use Eatel for internet. I is the fastest that I have ever had anywhere.

They are about equal, I have had both since moving to Prairieville so I would probably go with who has the best deal for you.

Eatel has much better customer service and their lightwave boxes are pretty nice. I don't like their dvr list quite as much as cox. Also if you like to stream a lot, you can't use your Eatel login for this which is a big deal for me b/c of HBOGO and ESPN3.

Was in the same boat two years ago, EATEL uses the same equipment as UVerse, you will hardly notice the difference. Their customer service is great as well. I did switch to DirecTV recently because after the first year my price went up and they dropped MLB Network and I swapped to save some money. EATEL Internet is really solid though.

Had Eatel & it was good.
Switched to Direct because Eatel's prices on the package kept going up.
TV + internet + phone was approaching $200 per month!

Thanks for everyone's opinion. That whole deal about being unable to log in to Watch Espn, HBOGO, showtime, etc is definitely a deterrent. I may just have to find a way around that if I go with Eatel.

Anyone have any issues with losing signal (both internet and/or cable) with Eatel?

I've been with them over a year and I lost service once, about two weeks ago. It was a local issue and it took them about 2 hrs to be on site and complete the repair.

Lost service once several months back. Something went out in one of their service boxes. They had it back up within 2 hrs and even called me back to make sure I was satisfied with everything.
