But it would have been a total impulse pick.

Oh well. We needed a CB more.

Welcome SJB!

I don't know about that.

Isn't he the best RB available?

Tre Mason
The guy from BC
The guy from Towson

All should go before him.

I don't think Archer was ever in the mix at #2. If he's there when we pick in the 4th, he might be the pick. Pick up Storks with one 5th and a OLB with the other (however, starting to think they might use one of the 5th round picks to move up in the 4th).

And Archer is still there....

Why take him in the 2nd? Cooks is gonna be used all over the field.

Archer is a 4th rounder or late 3rd at best.

I musta been mistaken. I thought I saw Archer at 4th best available behind Hyde, Hill and Sankey

Different people have different rankings. He's really not the same type of back though.

Yeah, way too early. I'd love to get him in the 4th, but I don't think he last until our pick.

Imagine Stills and Cook out wide, Jimmy in the slot, Hill/Watson on the line and Archer motioning out of the backfield. Matchup nightmares!!!

I've seen him listed as WR more than I've seen him listed as RB.

Right. He's sorta that in between like a Sproles and a McCluster. You can feed him occasional carries but he's best in the passing game.

What is this board's obsession with Dri Archer?

He's just a playmaker...A STR8 BALLER!...And a possible replacement for Darren Sproles.

Everyone thinks he'd be a good replacement for Sproles.
