That other thread got me thinking....that guy still around LSU?

He was an older guy with white hair and would just sit down with another chair across from him with a sign that said "Jesus Talk" I believe. Apparently he would talk to anyone about most anything.

.....I always thought he looked like Mr. Rogers.

Well that's encouraging. Last time I made a similar inquiry I was told where I could find the gentleman's obituary....

RIP Mr. Harry playing bball at the rec.

Yeah I've always wanted to thank him for going about teaching religion the right way. Not by yelling in your face.

Sounds like Mr. Harry. Moved real slow....could make a 10 footer from the side with 100% accuracy.

He was famous for getting the 4 best players in the gym to run with him

I could make a 10 footer with 100% accuracy too. But when I missed, it was with 0% accuracy.

I always wanted to offer to buy him lunch or just say "thanks." I never did. Maybe one day, I'll make it back to campus on a week day and have the chance.

Yep.

He and his wife were my regulars at work, and we shut down a few weeks ago. I need to walk by Free Speech Alley and reminisce with him.

I see him every day and always think about stopping and talking with him, but never have. He lets people come to him and is always respectful, unlike others. I really need to talk to him before I graduate and thank him.
