There will be a keg of Founder's KBS and of St. Arnold's Boiler Room Berliner Weisse. So two things that are hard to come by in town. Now does that make it worth 40 IDK, that is your call.

This is my problem. The lineup isn't very good IMO.

you know where southgate towers are on Nicholson?

They have new shopping center directly in front on Nicholson. That is where Leroys is located

Well comparatively maybe not. But that implies that you are only allowed to go to 2 out of 3. Personally I think the 35 for Zapp's is a really good deal. I think they would still sell a ton if it was 50.

I'll be at Jazz Fest on Saturday, so I'm not going regardless.

Those two events have beer available from the local homebrew clubs. That's the main draw for a lot of people who attend them.

Most events where there are no homebrewers are just a 4 hour drunk fest with your local shelf beer.

The craft guys at mockler have done a great job holding back some nice kegs to make sure there are at least a few beers you won't be able to get regularly.

bc the key factor in attending any beer festival should be the presence free hot dogs.

Founders KBS
Saint Arnold Berliner Weisse
Santa Fe Brewing
Crooked Letter Brewing
Southern Prohibition Brewing

At least there is some stuff that's new and not the run of the mill Mockler lineup.

It's not... $40 is pretty standard for an event like this.
