Surface PRO? Yes. IF it was a RT, no.

we have been sampling one for intake at a few of our work locations and it is meh at best.

If you have been using an ipad, lenovo tablet, etc..and you go to this, you might be disappointed

Used a first gen surface for some work projects. The key board and mouse are not as responsive, and often felt clunky. Also, the OS was not a full version of windows, but the RT version. While it mostly worked like windows 8, it had a few drawbacks.

It was useful for what it was, but I don't think that version of the surface was a total laptop replacement.

Tested a pro 2 for a few weeks earlier this year. I really liked it. It was basically a laptop replacement. Windows 8.1. Had office 2013 and all our suite of apps on it. Not as "cool" as an iPad, but certainly more practical for work (IT related).
