Should the NBA institute extreme anti-racism campaign within the game?

Clearly, the NBA is making it clear it will not tolerate any racist beliefs in its business. If this is the fact, then it should not simply selectively apply this rule to a single owner, but to the entire league from top to bottom. This should include harsher punishments or consequences if prejudice or racist comments or actions occur during an NBA activity.
Honestly, I have no problem with them kicking Sterling out if they from this point forward eject and fine and player (no matter race) for using racist language, racial slurs, or race-based statements of any kind. If any player is heard at any point to use a racist term, the consequences should be dire.
Example: Player uses the N-word, G-word, F-word, H-word, etc once? Immediate ejection and $10,000 fine. The next time, ejection and 1 additional game suspension. Be caught multiple times, and banishment from the leagues. Any sponsor caught with themselves or any of their affiliates with similar forms including in musical lyrics will result in termination of the relationship with the league.
If they are going to claim to be about stopping racism, then freaking do it. If players don't fall in line, they can get out of the league. Allowing any of this stuff on the job site or NBA sanctioned events is significantly worse IMO.
In the end, it would be a blast to watch what would happen to the NBA in this type of scenario.

Your point? I as an NBA fan find the use of the N-word for example as utterly offensive and racist, no matter the context. Thus, the league should respect that and stop racist behavior by their associates and employees.

3 that can be used as derogatory terms against homosexuals g, f and h.
H can also be used as a derogatory term for whites. Second G was supposed to be a C for same reasoning.

I bet there are white players who are thinking, "What about some of this racist crap I have to put up with?". Back when Steve Nash and Dirk were playing together in Dallas, Kevin Blackistone wrote an article about some of what they had to put up with.
But, of course, THAT'S DIFFERENT.

No, they took it out on one douchebag. I am talking all encompassing anti-racism campaign. I honestly want someone to turn up the microphones on the cameras from TNT tonight to here the crap the players say in the game, so they can be held accountable.
They act like racism is a one-way street, when it is clearly not.

ONLY WHITE PEOPLE CAN BE RACIST.
Why can't people understand this basic fact?

My point was their new anti racism program just started and Sterling was the first to go. From here in on every racist or semi racist(bc what Sterling said wasn't very bad) will result in a lifetime ban. If not I hope Sterling sues every fricking time someone doesn't receive his punishment.
