Hot Crawfish or Cold Crawfish...what's your preference?

I picked up a few pounds for the wife and myself Friday. They were nice and hot...very tasty.
I attacked the leftovers the next night after they sat in the fridge. Something about cold crawfish that had a 24 hr soak in their spices just makes me tear through them quicker.
I'm not sure where I stand now...hot or cold. I need to FD Board's help for guidance.

Hot Crawfish. If we have leftover crawfish from a boil we peel the rest and vacuum pack crawfish tail for later use.
