Murder rate in Nola dropping

According to WWL just now heard them say the murder rate has dropped 21% since last year. Think they said the lowest since 85'
But wondering why a grown arse man is listening to Angela Hill show, she has EE "the silver zipper" on for the next hour.

I did see where the court watchdog group in the area said that CDC had one of the most sufficient years since they have been keeping track.... Maybe we are actually locking the 5% of the criminals doing 75% of the killings (That's a pretty good stat I just made up out of the blue huh)
