Either powder or tablet form. Doesn't necessarily have to be a pre workout supplement. Also are all whey protein powders pretty much created equally? Warmest regards, Hoyt

Nitro is a scam. Whey concentrate, or WPC is the cheap stuff. Look for a blend. Also, look at how many grams of protein are in how many grams per serving. If one serving of your protein is 35 g, but that only has 20 g of protein, what are the other 15 g?

How is nitro a scam? It increases vascular function.

Protein aids in muscular regeneration.

I'm not even sure what the rest of your narrative means. Unless you're taking about inactive ingredients.

I have lifted is a more accurate statement.

I will lift again.

I'm pretty comfortable with my size.

I use Optimum Nutrition products - they've been around for a long time, and aren't flashy with new ingredients that wind up being toxic.

Their AmiNO Engery is good for nitric (grape flavor is surprisingly drinkable), and you can't go wrong with gold standard whey.

Beta alanine and citriline maleate, both in pure form. I buy them at bodybuilding.com. I put them in green tea before my work out. No jitters, good endurance and that great tingly feeling.

It is a scam because the guys on the ad page are all on 5g of gear, and the consumer is led to think if they use NO they could look like that.

So the F what if it does increase VF? To what degree? Is it worth $40? Trust me bro, 90% of all supps, whey and creatine excluded, are a waste of money.

I have read up on it alittle isn't all it supposed to give you more of a pump by allowing more oxygen in the blood to the muscles?

I get pretty veiny when I use it in my preworkout sup.

That's any workout supplement not just N.O. If you look at ads for protein and creatine it's the same thing, but that doesn't mean it isn't helpful.

I use C4 and the amplified 189 creatine pills from GNC.

I can tell a huge difference from when I take the C4 and when I don't. If I don't take it, after about 40 minutes I lose focus and get worn out. When I do take it, and hour and a half is easy and I get a much better workout.

I don't care if it actually does anything for me size wise. As long as it helps with my focus and stamina like it does, I'll keep buying it. And all the flavors I've tried are awesome.

The 189 is better than a regular monohydrate because it's not just water weight that falls off if you quit taking it. It also seems to help with my energy level.

ETA: got their 189/ multivitamin combo pack to try this month. It comes with a daily dose of the 189, multi-vitamin, and a test booster.
