Bud's Broiler chicken sandwich review (No. 10)

It seems as though many of the Bud's around town are run by the same Indian guy. He knows how not to frick up a good thing.
The chicken is cooked over the grill when ordered. It comes with the amazing hickory sauce, lettuce, mayo and pickle. I always get shredded cheese added. It's my go to chicken sandwich.

I'd smash it. Bun looks like your standard po-boy or burger shop bun, not the best but edible by far.

I liked them as a kid and would ride my bike to the one by my house and eat all the time.

Was the bun ice cold? It seems that Bud's keeps theirs in the fridge until serving. I got to all different locations around town and the bun is always ice cold.
