Heading to OKC tomorrow on business. Any suggestions on where to eat?? Specifically a lunch spot tomorrow close to the airport. Thanks!

Nic's isn't near the airport but is close to downtown and has a damn good huge greasy burger for cheap. Its real good but the place is tiny and cash only. Don't go with a crowd.

What kind of food are you looking for? Is it a business meal?

It's not a business meal but it is getting expensed. I'd like something that I can't get here in BRLA. Maybe some can't miss BBQ or a steakhouse. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Old School Steakhouse Cattleman's in the old stockyard area. I went about 10 years ago. I'd go back.

Jamil's Steakhouse has been around for a long time and has a rather eclectic approach - hummus, tabuli and fried bologna served as comp appetizers before your steak. But, I haven't been in OKC in about 12 years so not sure about the current state of the restaurant.

If you are staying close to the airport there is not a ton of great places. As mentioned Cattlemen's is relatively close to the airport.

Cattlemans is well known but awful. If you wanna ball it out on that expense account i would hit up Red Prime or Mickey Mantle.

I usually eat at Mickey Mantle's when I go. It's near where I have to stay. Always good and the mac and cheese with jalapeno and bacon, alone, is worth going.

Mickey Mantle's doesn't open until 4:30-5.
