How many pounds of brisket and sausage do I need for apx 45 adults?

We'll have various other sides and snacks. Brisket will be the main course served w/ pistolettes.

I'd calculate 1/3lb to 1/2lb per person.

Eta: that's post cook weight since you'll lose some weight during the cook.

I'd go. 1/2 lb of protien per head, 3/4's of which is brisket.

I just cooked for 45 people last weekend. I purchased 20 pounds of pork butt and 18 pounds of Brisket. It was the perfect amount.
