We're looking to be between 2-3 mil under the cap.

According to Spotrac.com, we are at $4.4M in space if you don't count Bunkley's paycut (+$2.85M), Bailey's Contract (-$1.25M ), and Bush's contract (At most will be -$2.2M - $420k ~-$1.8M he).
That puts the Saints at roughly about $4.2M in capspace, again if you believe Spotrac's numbers.
Realized Haralson's contract isn't updated on Spotrac so that's another $0.635M from the cap putting it at $3.55M.
