I turned 45 in March and aside from needing reading glasses now, mentally. I feel like i did as a high school senior. Which may or may mot be such a good thing.

i would say early 60's for men. i have noticed my dad aging a lot in the past 2-3 years. He is going to be 64 this year. He is still healthy just not the same physically.

Last week! I ate fried fish and corn. The stuff got soft and I had a hangover after only 13 beers

I believe this too. I don't feel like I'm 45 but I'm very aware of my mortality.

It begins when you feel old. I am 62 and I don't feel old at all (yeah, I know, the screen name, but it's a joke). I can still do most of the things I could do when I was 30.

Between 33 and 36

While we may be living longer, it does not mean the extra years are quality.
