Yet now Kentucky starting 5 freshman in the Final Four is no big deal, and almost expected

Let's not act like it's not a big deal.. It's pretty impressive

Its not that big a deal because they aren't as good

But it's been "expected" and when they struggled this year something was "wrong"

When you have 5 NBA players on your team it is "wrong" to lose to South Carolina

Ya and the issue is back then I would assume teams kept their players longer, so all young guy teams usually couldn't compete, because the other talented teams were veteran laden NBA caliber that wouldn't be there in today's NCAA.

Now, with people jumping asap, freshman teams have a smaller gap to cross to compete.

At least, that's my assumption/ theory.

They are an 8 seed. Not as much fanfare cause they weren't as good

They got to the Final Four, which is something the Fab Five never did.

Too bad those racists POS could never beat those white dudes and uncle toms from Duke.

Disclaimer: Jalen Rose said they called the black players from Duke and specifically Grant Hill uncle toms
