I truly believe if he would've stayed healthy he would've been the greatest player in the history of MLB. To me he was still the greatest I have ever seen with my own eyes.

I've said the same thing about myself. But props for Junior for doing it clean...allegedly. At least I know I didn't inject him...haha

I know this is said far too often about others but Griffey really did have GOAT potential and talent. It's a shame how the injuries took such a toll on him. He was a shell of his former self by the time he was only 30 years old.

Best pure player I've ever seen. Just ended up being too reckless in Center. What a sweet swing though.

I remember being in elementary and all the black kids thought his name was King Griffey Jr.

I'm really surprised he didn't get a big time media job when he was done. Loved watching him play.

Surely that's by choice I'd imagine. Seems like tons of networks would want him as a talking head.

My favorite player of all time. Even once I sort of stopped caring about MLB baseball.

I'm not. Junior doesn't seem like the type to want a media job.
