I know they are virtually the same and share same property. Price being the same are there any advantages to one over the other?

Was there in June of last year. I can't think of a difference.

No

Eta: The standard rooms at palazzo are a little bigger I believe. At the end of the day it’s just the venetian’s sister property…..they are pretty much the same

Venetian is closer to the shops and the rest of the strip. Stayed at the Venetian a couple of years a go. Very nice hotel. Just prefer being in the middle of the strip though closer to the Bellagio/Caesars area.

Was at the Palazzo last month. Great rooms. Cant imagine the rooms at the Venetian are nicer, but I can tell you if the price is the same stay at the Palazzo and you get access to everything at the Venetian and vice versa. If you think ones rooms look nicer than the other pick that one.

You can't go wrong with either, assuming that you're getting the presidential suite.

Ya, I was on a family vacation there a couple years ago and they are essentially the same structure so can't go wrong.

Anybody worried about what their room looks like in Vegas is doing it wrong.

Before getting married I would agree with you…….most women are not going to sleep 10 deep on the floor of the Hooters casino

Stayed at the Palazzo 2 weeks ago, you won't be disappointed. Having said that, the Venetian is the same thing, so you can't make a wrong decision.

I’ve got a feeling your definition of “much” and most over peoples are different

I hear some palazzo rooms even have a view of the Wynn's Golf course

Rooms are same layout. Palazzo is much newer and nicer. Better casino and restaurants. They share the shops. I've stayed at both and the Palazzo is my favorite Vegas hotel.

I got 7 hours of sleep in two nights in Vegas, but those 7 hours were extremely comfortable while staying in the Palazzo.

See you're doing it right. As long as the bed is comfortable enough to get 3-4 hours of sleep each night you will be fine. Other than those couple of hours you shouldn't be in there.
