quote:

Robert V. Richards IV, heir to the DuPont fortune, convicted of raping his three year-old daughter, will not be spending a day in prison. Why? Because the judge sentencing him decided that he wouldn’t “fare well” in prison.

Richards was charged in 2009, after his daughter, then five, told her grandmother that he had sexually abused her starting from the age of three. She said he had told her it was their “little secret,” but that she didn’t want him touching her anymore. She stated that he had molested her in both her mother and brother’s houses. Richards confessed to the crime but explained that “it was a mistake and wouldn’t happen again.” Call me crazy, but I am not sure how one “accidentally” rapes and molests a three year-old. I can’t imagine too many slip-and-fall accidents result in child molestation.

Richards, who is unemployed, lives off a trust fund in his 5,800-square-foot mansion in Greenville, Delaware, and has another estate in the exclusive North Shores neighborhood near Rehoboth beach. His great-grandfather, Irenee Dupont, was the patriarch of the super-rich DuPont family and president of the DuPont chemical company.

Judge Jan Jurden, while originally sentencing him to 8 years in prison, commuted his sentence to probation and treatment, on the grounds that because he was a rich white man convicted of child molestation, he would be a target in prison and the system would not be able to protect him. In her words, “Defendant will not fare well in Level 5 setting.”

It should be legal for citizens to murder this motherfricker at first sight.

It's pretty much legal for inmates to murder them, why not the rest of us.

He's in a heap of trouble up here. He's now being accused of some lobbying irregularities. All his cases have been reassigned to other judges. I wouldn't be surprised if his license gets pulled pretty quick.

That is new ground in the whole "destroying evidence" world now.

Deleting Facebook, social media posts and such.

The Emergency "Just Me" treatment. Complete history wipe. You no longer exist after that.
