Apparently not if you're rich enough. Feelings and political correctness have allowed evil to prevail in our country. This judge should be removed from the bench and this trust fund rapist should be in prison. How does the judge feel about the safety of the victim I wonder? How does this allow other victims to come forward when you've now set a precedent that prison is 'not safe' for a rapist. Should this rapist victimize anyone else, this judge should be held liable and subject to the same charges plus accessory as the rapist.

That's part of if. Hopefully the kids get a huge judgement from this in a civil court; otherwise, he could just write them out of his will.
Also, what exactly is "4th degree" rape? Is it a lessor crime because the sick frick didn't have a gun?
