Can anyone argue against this and convince me otherwise?

Well for the teams that actually have a chance to win it you have to basically win 5 competitive games all season. The kicker is they have to be in a row. But still, not that difficult to get up for 5 games over 2 1/2 weeks.

I wouldn't say this at all.

you get 2 chances at it in baseball as it is a double elimination throughout.

having 2 chances makes it easier if you are the top team.

No way. Football is, by far, the hardest. You have so little margin of error to get there.

There are many teams eliminated from the BCS NC in week 1 of the regular season. There are bball teams that have won titles with 10 losses.

Umm no. The human element controls way too much of CFB in terms of who gets to the NCG. The "playoff" is 1 game. Yes I understand that the season is a virtual playoff but schedules vary by team and conference.

CBB is decided on the court and you have to win 6 in a row to win it (or 7 if you are a play-in). Could need to win as many as 11 in a row if you win your conf tourney.

If you HAVE to win your conference tournament to get into a field of 64/68, then you don't belong in the national title hunt.

Football dude.
Teams can win all their games and still not even make the nc game. At least in basketball the smaller schools have a shot

Football is the hardest. For the majority of schools they have to go undefeated all the way through to even get a shot. And even if you do go undefeated you may still not have a chance

5 gets you to the ship. 6 wins it.

College Basketball has 30+ game seasons thus a few losses are inevitable.

Because you have to win 5 games in a row without a misstep in the tourney against very good teams you could almost call the tourney a mini "regular season". One and done.

Once the tournament starts, the difference between the top seeds and the middle seeds is very small.

In football, the elite teams have a wider margin over the rest of schools.

I could go on, but it seems pretty clear to me. LSU was so close its runs in the 80's and always lost to eventual champions.

Well since 2000

11 different schools have won ncaab tourney
10 different schools have won bcs
10 different schools have won cws

So it might be the easiest to win.

MLB.

You have to win like 90 to even qualify.

Half of the playoff spots are almost always split between the teams with the highest payrolls

Then you have to hope your top three pitchers are healthy and peaking, and win 10-11 games.

It was never said we were just talking college.

If there was a true football playoff I would agree with you. But until that time it is not the hardest to win a NC. In fact I would contend it's the easiest for big schools but impossible for small schools...all due to the human element. Settle it on the field.
