They haven't even started building the facility.
There was an insurance claim, then a long, long time of planning on the rebuild in a new location, and then they got a bunch of resistance from the neighborhood.
Then it got approved, then more red tape.

New site issues. Got approved for "conditional-use" at the Press Street location. Now squabbles on if that's where they want to build. Also resistance from the neighborhood.
