At their pace, I'll go with 2018.

Have you seen the construction on LA 73 from US 61 to I-10? Dear God.

The final phase of Napoleon Avenue is scheduled to be complete in November 2016, though officials said that weather delays could push it into early 2017.

Don't go to MS then. I was amazed at the speed of construction here when I moved.

They were actually the ones that came in and fixed it. Different crews though

In my exp, Boh has typically been a top notch construction company. That Napoleon area is a damn mess, but I assume its a ton of infrastructure going in there.

MS gets their shite done. That entire piece of LA 73 is taking way, WAY too long. It's like nothing is happening. I take that route intermittently and it always seems like it's in a state of stalemate.

Let's see, I think Napoleon and Claiborne are scheduled to be completed in 2016. I think Jefferson and Prytania in 2016 as well. Louisiana hasn't started yet, but I think that one might be 2019. And oh yeah, they will be simultaneously working on the intersections of Louisiana/St. Charles, Napoleon/St. Charles, and Jefferson/St. Charles all summer. The N/S traffic will be closed. Get ready for more fun.

This.
I bet if you looked at the bid/award documents, etc, they are probably on schedule.

lol I looked it up. It's a whopping 47% done if it's the widening job.

I'm not familiar with Napoleon. Are you talking about Napoleon St. downtown or is this somewhere else besides BR?

Yeah, it's a cluster right now and will continue to be one for a while. Quicker for me to get around by bike than it is by car.
