The better question is why didn't the cops break up the Rocky and Tommy fight in the streets and why was Tommy the only one arrested afterwards?

Seriously though, Rocky was the one that challenged Tommy to the fight, so technically, Rocky should've been the one arrested and Tommy could've probably even claimed self-defense.

As for Drago, he pushed the ref, but the bell didn't ring. Ref never signaled the timekeeper to stop the fight. He was in the midst of throwing a combo and adrenaline was pumping through his roid-infused muscles. He couldn't stop. He defeat real champion.

Obama would push for sanctions and for Russia to send Drago to America for trial; if not he would draw his "line in the sand."

Rocky V wasn't the best of the series by any means, but it was still good.
Tommy and his crew walk into the bar and instigate. Tommy then proceeds to deck Paulie, and Rocky simply comes to his defense. Tommy had the option to walk away, but he pursued the issue and fought him.
I'm still upset we never got to see Creed fight Clubber Lang.
