New Managing Chef at Cure

Not sure how big of news this is but Cure is handing over their menu to Adam Biderman of Company Burger.
He's an excellent chef and has been with the Cure group for a while.

i've had a few apps there that were good. the bacon wrapped dates were great. forgot what else i had but i remember it being good. i like the place, its just a bit over priced

It's been about a year since I've been (used to go once a week when I lived in NOLA for a few years), and I have had some of their small plates on several occasions. It's been so long that I can't recall what I had, but I would likely remember it if it was bad. So, maybe it was good?

Not bad.
I'll try to get over there to peek at the menu.
Love dates, hope they keep that on the menu.
