My wife is 5 months pregnant and the sex is incredible.

That's probably the only reason I'd consider having a 4th but the cons outweigh the pro by a lot right now.

Mine had an awful pregnancy so I didn't get to experience this phenomenon a whole lot. Hopefully the second one will be better.
