I lack motivation...

I want to be an exercising, muscular guy... but I can never get into a routine of WANTING to go to the gym.

I'm not overweight, about 5'7" 150 but I'm generally just not strong or built. I want to get to a point where I can consider myself average in terms of muscular build. I don't want to go all shREDs juice monkey. I just wanna hit doubles in softball.

Anybody ever been in my shoes and turned themselves into a gym rat? How do you motivate yourself? Not going is much easier

Get in your car, join gym, and workout. You either want to do it or not....it's not some life changing decision that we're talking about here

Try p90x3.

Great program awesome workouts. It's only 30 minutes a day so if you can't do that consistently you're gonna be a lard arse forever.

X2 is an hour. X3 is 30 minutes. P90X is over an hour.
