re: Stop watching NFL?? - CoeJ on 9/25/17 at 5:22 pm
Cam Jordan could take a shite on the sideline during the anthem while reading Mein Kampf and I'd be yelling Who Dat for the next 3 hours. If you bail because of a couple players taking a knee, you were a shite fan to begin with and IDGAF. ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
re: I'm done with New Orleans - CoeJ on 9/5/17 at 10:38 pm
My college roommate loves it there. In the short time I spent there it was great. You can tell it's growing quickly. I think I counted 12 cranes in the skyline. Yes every place has homeless. Yes every place has crime. But not every place is a soggy, pot-holed, under-policed, crater run by circus...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (3)

re: I'm done with New Orleans - CoeJ on 9/5/17 at 10:24 pm
You should have known better
I came out here for a job opportunity. I lived in Mid City and 2016 was great. 2017 is when the straws began to break camel's backs IMO. Crime kept creeping closer and closer. Then the floods. Now there is literally violent crime on my block. Out. ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (5)
re: I'm done with New Orleans - CoeJ on 9/5/17 at 10:18 pm
parrotdr
Respectable. The difference to me is that all these other places have the resources to chip away at their problems. Seems NOLA's are only being exacerbated by administrative ineptitude and being flat out broke. I can't keep pouring money into it. ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (3)

Greenway is a pedestrian/bike path that runs along Lafitte from mid city to the quarter. Brilliant idea - until 12 year olds from the bad side of Broad figured they could grab some wallets with daddy's glock by camping out on it. ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (2)
You sound like a giant pussy to me.
This shite has no redeemable qualties. There's only so much a few parades and some good trumpet play can vouch for. It's a poorly run soup bowl with no signs of improving. The idiots are moving further and further into nice(r) areas and there'...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)
I'm done with New Orleans - CoeJ on 9/5/17 at 9:57 pm
Moved here a year and a half ago and loved it. This summer has been a magnifying glass on the shite show. Statues, crime, constant threat of flooding. My wife moved down here from Pittsburgh area for a job. Genuinely asked "why the frick do people stay here?"... I couldn't give her an answer. ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (67)
re: Who are our top 10 players on the team - CoeJ on 8/9/17 at 12:56 pm
1. Brees 2. Jordan 3. Thomas 4. Vaccaro 5. Peterson 6. Unger 7. Armstead 8. Snead 9. Ingram 10. Strief Fairley would have been top 10 - Breaux is if he's 2015 form. Won't be surprised if any of Rankins, Williams, Kamara, Onyemata, Klein crack this list by mid-season...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
Russ Smith tearing up China - CoeJ on 7/5/17 at 4:38 pm
kid shoulda slid
He was 10 ft up the baseline. But that catcher wasn't being malicious. He was taught to protect the ball with two hands and the other kid got the bidness. Sucks to suck. Snowflake arse parents. ...
Best pro prospects =/= best players in college this season.
This. I don't think Trubisky was on anyone's best players in college football list....
