Awesome!
Clearly, they've got all the major crime under control.

I really dont get why in 2014 people still drive around without a seatbelt on. Its not 1985 anymore.

I cant sort of, SORT OF, understand doing inspection sticker checks. But seatbelt checks, and seatbelt laws in general, piss me off to no end.

I'd be willing to bet it's primarily an inspection sticker checkpoint.

I'd have to agree with this. I can't go anywhere without buckling up. Even when just moving around in a parking lot, I feel like I'll die at any second.

But, if you have a seatbelt law, I suppose you have to enforce it somehow.

I always love this argument.

Having to have the law is stupid. Its a death sentence one chooses to give themselves. Anyone that chooses to drive around without a seatbelt on, I would really just hope they also choose not to reproduce.

I'm sure it is.. He was looking at it as I pulled up with my window down the line of glanced in and asked if we were all buckled.. Well yes.. Wouldn't drive around without my kids being buckled.

I wear my seatbelt every time I drive, and don't care that they are actively checking people and ticketing those in violation of the law, but I do find it completely absurd that you can drive a motorcycle down the street or interstate, but you can't drive a car without a seatbelt on.

Makes no sense to me.

It's easy to rationalize seatbelt laws when people have to clean up your dumbass off the street when you get ejected.

How is that any different than a motorcycle?
