OT Work Out Crew: Help needed

I am trying to lose some weight in March. I hate salads. So its tough for me. So here is what I have been doing.

Breakfast
Oatmeal
Greek Yogart

Lunch
2 Turkey Burgers no bun
Fiber One bar

Dinner
Chicken Breast with Guacamole
Green Giant Corn and Pea Frozen Single Serving

Casein before bed

What are you mixing with the oatmeal? What type of greek yogurt ie plain, with fruit? Details man.

45 to an hour of weights

You should prob add some more protein in the morning.

Not to be rude, but are you female, because it looks like it.

If not, eat for functionality, carbs in the morning, protein around the workout, and all them vitamins and minerals they say we need.

You also need to say what your goal is, we don't know what you are shooting for (although I am guessing trying to get cut).

With that diet and workout, you should lose 10 lbs in about two three weeks.


Seriously does not look like enough, I wouldn't have enough energy.

Sprints and plyo are better than your standard jogging/biking. Plus it is done quicker.
