I have 2 opinions on it. One one hand I think it is a good move because Russia gave the old Ukrainian government $15 billion (that I assume they have cut the funds off to) loan. The new Ukrainian governments biggest problem is securing itself financially. On the other hand, why are we borrowing a billion dollars to give it to Ukraine, couldn't they just go to China themselves?
