Not sure about the RB part but he's definitely a take. We wouldn't offer an instate kid this early if we weren't prepared to take him. I think he's probably a rb/wr hybrid. Kind of Cams Percy Harvin position

Dylan Moses is a crazy talent. I can't wait to see where he ends up on the field at LSU. He'll be great wherever it is.

Looking at one of those articles on that sight, Merritt had a 40.1 in vert just last year at the challenge with a 100.25 rating, meaning he's still getting more explosive and you can see it through his work ethic.
I wonder how legit the 5-11 is. If that is true, he is already as big and filled out as Jarvis. Can't wait to see him at some of the camps where he can go one on one with some guys. He's going to shoot up the rankings this year.
