I know his 40 time will "hurt him" and all, but I still feel his toughness, football IQ and phenomenal body control and atheleticism will make him the best Pro among the LSU players in this draft.

I don't think there's anybody here who doesn't still love Jarvis and the way he plays the game.

4.65 is still disappointing but the damage may be limited for all of the reasons you listed.

Hopefully it was because of the calf or hamstring, and he recovers quickly.

Watch his tape. The combine is fun to watch but not necessarily accurate to follow. If you listened to the stats on Receivers that ran a 4.3 in previous years (10+ I believe) only ONE had a 1000 yard season. Landry is and will be my favorite WR in this draft and is easily one of the best to play as a tiger.

As in he is your personal favorite or as in you think he is the best wr in the class?

Personal. Best hands in this class IMO. And I did say in my opinion for the rantards out there.

Everyone on this board loves him but he definitely hurt himself today.

Jarvis Landry, WR, LSU: Landry entered the weekend viewed as a solid Day 2 selection, but his disappointing 40 time (4.77) and vertical leap (28.5 inches) spawn concerns about his overall explosiveness. Teams now view Landry as a possession receiver with limited big-play potential, despite his impressive flashes on tape. Given the depth and talent of the 2014 receiver class, this lackluster showing in Indy could push Landry into Day 3 consideration.

I love both of them myself but I'd rather ODB he just screams NFL wideout when I watch him,Landry as well but ODB is so smooth.Landry does have better hands but not by much.It would be killer if the Saints could land both of them I know that's dreaming but dam that would be killer.Say tduecen that's a crazy arse picture you got there every time I see it I'm like wow that dude looks crazy, like a vampire out in the wrong time of day...

I realize he is viewed as "slow" by comparison but I tend to agree that he is one of those guys with the "it" factor. He reminds me of Hines Ward. He delivers big hits (because he likes to) and can catch just about anything. I think he will be a good get for someone.

We all knew this already, shouldn't drop him down.

Maybe. If it is then he should come off the board in round 3. I still feel like hes faster than 4.77. Not by much, but faster. The pro-day needs to be huge for him.
