Smoked a pig butt and a chicken and making blew cheese slaw. I'll have pulled poke and slaw sandwiches.

Shrimp sauce piquant over rice. Just did a remoulade sauce so I'll fry a few oysters, mushrooms or both, to go on the side.

The wife is under the weather. I found an old ear of roasted corn in the fridge that was chilly and tasty. Then I supplemented that with some of the raspberry jello with peaches I made for her this morning and then three baked sweet potatoes with Splenda and cinnamon.

She had Jello, a Sprite and crackers.
