Soft Shelled Shrimp, any experience with these?

I did a job for a shrimper. He tipped me with three dozen soft shell shrimp. He said to bread them and fry at 375* for a minute.
Said they were a shrimper's delicacy and rarely ever sold them.
I can't say I have ever had them.

no experience with them at all but I would probably listen to how he told you to fix them. Sounds good to me though!

Yes. Fry them up whole just like soft shell crabs. Delish

Besh did some on his show the other day. He added soda water to his batter and almost made it into a tempura type consistency. Looked pretty damn good.
