Why would the small businesses sue....the responsibility of the getting insurance falls on their employees, not themselves. Those being forced by law to buy insurance but can't get in to see a doctor are the ones that should sue.

O is delaying because he realizes what a crap hole he and his followers have created. He will continue to delay until after the next election win by a repub. Then he can blame it all on the repubs.

Im sorry, I basically lump anything with under 200 employees into that statement.

But as far as the others go that get reprieve for another year, they have still invested tons of $$$ into preparing for this to take place only to be pushed off.

And yet, some people here still feel obligated to defend Obama's signature piece of legislation. I won't mention any names, but one of them rhymes with hex.

you know when the PROPONENTS of a piece of legislation are afraid to implement it, you know something just isn't right

Imagine how the media would be treating this fiasco if Bush had been behind it.

This has to bother even his most ardent supporters at how blatantly partisan this is and intentioned with preventing a 2014 midterms disaster in mind.

Right?

I look forward to President Paul simply decreeing that the income tax won't be enforced under his presidency.

Don't worry. They'll delay it past 2016 to save that election also.
