Is it still possible to sign a class of 25?

First of all.... GEAUX TIGERS. Hell of a signing day class.
Now that NSD is pretty much over, is it still possible to sign two more players to max the class out at 25?

Not sure why everyone is obsessed with the 25 commits.
Just leaves a scholly open for someone else to take in the future. IMO, this is a good thing. Im glad we didnt make too many late offers and just tried to fill the class.

does that mean we have two scholarships that go unused? Not sure how the NSD protocol works exactly, but if we do in fact have two scholarships...it would seem that we should try and use them.

Just curious, what is the time line after today that schools can sign recruits within this class?

They roll over / become available for other players. The 25 per year is a good guideline / rule of thumb. But the rule is 85 scholarship players on a roster.
Tenn. signed like 35 players this year because they had the room to do so.

LSU has had a lot of attrition with early NFL entrants, etc. 25 in this class was expected.
Will they throw a schollie at a real project to get to 25? No.
But, maybe they will pursue a few guys, like this JUCO OT.

means we can take two early enrollies for the 2015 class and count them back to the 2014 class, so we can sign 27 next year (just as long as we make room under the 85 scholli limit rule)

Remember when Saban left, he had oversigned on purpose knowing he would bolt for NFL one day

With us signing 23, I would expect Delhoussaye to get a scholly. He earned it last season.
