Outdoor Related gift for FIL

FIL is coming in this weekend and his birthday was today. He's a big fisherman, retired, and has everything outdoor related as it is.
He fresh water fishes, has every bait known to man, couple hundred rods/ reels, etc.
He's an avid smoker these days with his electric smoker. He loves to boil seafood and has plenty of boilers. He doesn't like fried food too much, except fish. He has a fry daddy that he uses for this.
He loves beer, as he drinks it daily. He isn't much on guns.
We always get him a shirt and such. Any ideas?

Get him a Leather beer holster
I know this looks gimmicky and lame, but I have two brothers who have them that really use them a lot. It comes in super handy while cooking outside. You always have somewhere to put the beer.

Get him a black cast iron pot to fry his fish in. Tell him to give that fry daddy to some old lady.
He can fry his fish in a pot on one of his many crawfish burners.

That's a great idea, but he doesn't skew from his Rebel flag koozie. It goes to town, road trips, Christmas dinner, etc.
