Which TV series had the greatest house value/house income ratio?

I see scenes inside houses on TV series the likes of which I couldn't comfortably afford, when I KNOW I've made more money than what could be earned by the breadwinner character.
Can't think of examples right now, though.

After visiting people in New York and seeing what they paid for a three bedroom apartment the equivalent size of my entire living room. They would have to be millionaires to afford those huge apartments.

Friends for sure.
Those apartments were in the heart of a nice area of Manhattan, and the only one making any money was Chandler.
I used to wonder about Home Improvement. Jill was a stay at home mom until she went back to school, which you know cost a fortune. They lived in a very nice suburb in Detroit, and Tim was a small time TV show host.
How much could Tim have really made? $100k? Maybe a little more?
That house had to cost upwards of $400k if not more. Not to mention all of his hot rod projects, his three boys having all kinds of nice shite, and his wife not working.
But I think the real answer is Kramer from Seinfeld, but that was the joke so I'm not sure that counts.

Family matters also
That is a huge house on a cop's salary

Didn't Tim loan Marty some money to start a sporting goods store? Such an investment paired with Tim's fame in the community and his own entrepreneurial skills could have proven very fruitful IMO
Plus think of all the hot rods Tim was probably selling in his spare time
Not to mention the royalties from his TV show

Married with Children. He sells women's shoes at a cortana mall knock off, and his unemployed wife and two grown adult children live in their 3-story house

Monica explained she got that apartment from her aunt and it was rent controlled.
She was an executive chef or some shite too...she likely made a decent living.

Yeah, an executive chef in NYC probably makes a ton of money.

HIMYM
Ted afforded a NYC huge apartment that is on top of a bar without having a job for months (not to mention they all go out to said bar an order a few beer/whiskeys every night during this time period)
Lily and Marshall probably have more debt that the US government

King of queens wasn't a make house but their income was small. Are there any shows not in this category?

Vivian was also a doctor but she had retired, so she probably did very well for herself to retire at such a young age

King of queens?
I never watch it, but I know He works for ups... don't know if she works. Seems like a nice house

The houses on modern family have to cost several million, since theyre in Southern California. Phil is a realtor and Claire doesn't work.
