They've gotten that way on the SC coast. You have to try to not catch one. But they still have the 2 fish limit in the slot 16-24. You literally can't not catch redfish there. The redfish tournaments are ridiculous... guys seeing who can weigh in 2 fish that are 23.999999 inches. The difference between 1st and last place is a half ounce.
