Yes I'm sure this is high on the cops' priority list. I'm sure they would also make it there in the 10 seconds it would take to dump it too.

I dumped garbage once at an apartment complex I didn't live in. Maintenance guy for the complex followed me home, called police, officer made me go back and dig my trash out of the dumpster or threatened to ticket me. I didn't ask any questions, it was just a bunch of leaves and crap from my yard.

As a former controller for a very large national waste company for over 20 years, placing your personal trash in ANY company's waste dumpster that they pay good money for is NO different than theft, if they catch you and want to place charges. Doesn't mean you can't try, but know there could be consequences w/o (their or any company's or individuals waste bins )their blessing.
