You also pay tonnage too.

A fine for illegal dumping since you don't pay for the dumpster rental and get in trouble for trespassing

The last guy I knew who did this was dead 24 hours later. Massive heart attack, had nothing to do with the garbage. You may need to get checked out though. You're welcome.

Way more than that for a 40 Cu Yd dump that are usually found at a construction site

One of my superintendents catch you and beat the shite out of you, depends on which one catches you as to how and it would be, oh yea after your beat down you would be in there getting your debris out. Good luck

I did it a few times this summer at my sisters house in Gulf Shores. I figure if I got to look at a dumpster in the street for months I may as well use the damn thing.

A few of my contractor buddies have started putting out those 2.4GHz wireless video systems at job sites because of issues like this and theft. Just saying that I wouldn't risk it because you never know who is watching.

The worst that could happen is a band of homeless people are using the dumpster as a camp ground or sex party, now that you've stumbled upon their game they will make you participate. You can't even call the cops cos you were illegally using a dumpster and no one will believe you were raped by a gang of homeless miscreants and your tears will comfort you as you sleep each night always wondering if they are coming for you.

Please help.... I could lose my job if I get arrested.
Posted on 1/25/14 at 9:22 pm to Ellakennedi
You are looking at jail time.
Posted on 1/25/14 at 9:31 pm to Ellakennedi
Your only recourse now is to drive back to the dumpster under the cover of darkness and set it on fire.

The" help" involves going back to get it back out of said dumpster.

We pay $360 a dump.

In Texas it is called "theft of services". We put signs warning what will happen to you, video systems to catch you and laugh our asses off to your pics and criminal stories at meetings.
It's worse if one of my superintendents catches you red handed. You would rather have the popo show up at your door.
We pay up to $650 to have a 30 yd. roll off dumped FYI.

We had one over the summer and it seems like I remember it being only $1 a day rental, but $175 for them to pick it up. I don't know what size it was though, looked big enough.
Posted on 1/25/14 at 9:45 pm to Ellakennedi
So you don't tip and you illegally tip...is your wife embarrassed of your antics?
Posted on 1/25/14 at 9:46 pm to crimsonsaint
$350 is around the average in new orleans for a 30 yd. a 40 yd would be a little higher. Dump fees are usually $4.00 per yard. Some companies charge a daily rental also.
