Hilarious.
I didn't even know Lil Bow Wow was even famous anymore. I don't watch 106 & Park (it's basically TRL on BET for the inevitable "WTF is that?" questions), nor do I give a frick about LBW. I mainly posted this because of the hilarity of the quotes from quote-unquote "executives" at BET:
