I'm looking over my retirement account performance and over the last year I got 18.95% return on investment. Should I expect these sort of returns over the long term?

Definitely...
Not.
ETA: 100% stock index (S&P) averages around 7-9% on the long term.

Keep dreaming. YTD my return is 61%
I'm assuming this will keep up for the next 50 years

My YTD is -0.1%
Last years was 25.8% though .
Is there a way to look at your overall rate of return on Fidelity's website? I really have no clue what it has been over the life of the account.

Fidelity has an option to view your performance over a 24 month period. I'm unaware if they have an option over that term.

I'd say more like 8%, including dividends.

I got 21.94 by not doing a damn thing. I don't expect to have such luck.

It might just be me, but I would prefer to expect 6% and be pleasantly surprised, than to expect 8% and be unpleasantly surprised. But yeah, you are probably closer to reality.
Either way, just need to get OP's expectations back in this universe.

I'd be happy to make anything in 2014.

Agreed. I think returns will be very modest this year.
