Boomtown BBQ is pretty good

Of course Pappadeaux's, but you can get that in many East TX cities.
Specific to Beaumont: Chaba Thai; Tokyo; Sartins is pretty good for all you can eat fried fish and shrimp during lunch

There is a decent BBQ place near the interstate. Willy Ray's or something. I know I stopped there once 15 years ago.
