Need a recipe quick. I killed one Sunday and I'm thinking bacon wrap, worchestershire sauce & seasonings, cooked rare.
Is this the right way to do it?

Season like a steak. Sear on grill. Enjoy.

well if you wouldn't have been a jackass and slaughtered the spec,
I would have recommended brownin' dat up real good and makin a dark gravy. do this with the specs I pluck
but now, I'd make fajitas or a gumbo. that's what I do with the specs I skin.

Take the breasts and season them good. Then cut each breast in half long ways. Then take a sautée Pan and put a cup of coke and a cup of low sodium chicken stock in it. Then cook the goose down till it gets rare. I always add a little coke at the end for a nice glaze.
