Least favorite US city

For me, it has to be Philadelphia. In the past few months, I've been around this city and their citizens pretty constantly, and I've learned to pretty much despise them. New Yorkers and Bostonians are actually pretty curious and aren't as big of assholes as the reputations that precede them. The other Northern cities simply don't give a shite.
But Philly just sucks in general. No real culture, incredibly hostile environment (especially due to their proximity to Jersey), and just a bunch of twats in general. I think that some witty sarcastic guy told some prominent member of Philly that they were "The City of Brotherly Love" and he was too fricking stupid to pick up on the sarcasm that he made it the city's official nickname. Unless it is just imbedded in irony, then the nickname makes no sense. If vice-versa, its hilarious.
What would be yours?

Boston at least has a god damn culture, and aside from New Yorkers, they're not bad to tourists. Philly is worse in every regard.

If you limit your interaction with Bostonians as much as possible then it's a really fun city to visit. But yeah the people are miserable and its not like New York where the people in the city are from all over geographically

Gainesville, Memphis, or Jacksonville

New york city is a shithole. I have no desire to ever go back.

The one you are posting from. Make the best of wherever you are. No matter where you are, it can suck or be the best. Make it the best. If you are not happy where you are move on!

It is America's greatest city. Sure it's overpriced and fricked in many regards, but it's the city that defines America and largely the world.
