Apparently RoyD's scolp cat "Christina Crawford" got into my garage and pissed on my new backpack.

Went in garage to show my dad the backpack yesterday morning, had my hand all up in it showing him the backpacks size and all that good shite.

Fast forward-
The backpack is rancid and so is my hand.

Dish soap and hot water/shower didnt do shite. Any tips to get this smell under control?

I am leaving for Arkansas Thursday night and want to use my god damn backpack while hunting, Ill worry about my hand later.

Burn it. If you don't, everywhere you go everyone will think you like cats

If it is new, bring that bitch back and say you opened it up and a cat was in there

Nature's Miracle works on bedding and jeans. Can get it at Pet Smart and probably many other places. Is it cat piss or cat spray? HUGE difference in smell and how easy it is to get out.

I have no clue, now you have me worried. I guess I will stop and get some spray and try that with vinegar.

If it doesnt work, I will be at Mack's this weekend and return it, stating that it was a gift and I wanted a different camo pattern.

I just got this backpack for Christmas, havent even used it yet. If I cant get the smell out I will seriously consider trashing it, this is miserable.

Try vinegar, I got a pet stain remover that has "enzyme's" in it and it works pretty good.

I am gonna be honest man, you aren't ever gonna be able to get the cat piss smell out. Even if nobody else can smell it, you will randomly catch a whiff three years from now

Burn some incest in it and bring the thing back

WTH are you smoking? cats spray piss what else do you think they are spraying?

Vinegar and hot water will remove the smell. follow that with dawn dish soap, follow that with scent free hunting soap of choice.

This stuff works for dog piss (got a new puppy).

Never tried it on cat piss. I use my .22cal CP caps for handling my cat piss problems.

I quit smoking years ago so your question is invalid. Also, there IS a HUGE difference in cat piss and cat spray. Spray has secretions from their scent glands that is oil/fat based and is not very water soluble. They make Natures Miracle Just for Cats that WILL remove the smell. Just spray on and let it dry.
